These advocates inspire in us how we can welcome and guide our community and its visitors with Fun, Meaningful, Low Impact Adventures that sustain or enhance the destination while building Stewardship.

Because ‘Keeping Tahoe Blue’ is actually up to me and you and tied to how the destination is hosted and what visitor menu of activities are promoted and provided.
When Tahoe tourism promotes activities that sustain or enhance the 8 Worlds (Water, Air, Land, Plants, Wildlife, Culture, Heritage and Local Well Being), we will reduce the $MM's spent each year to ‘clean up’ after travelers and locals.
Geotourism activities are fun, meaningful and sometimes guided adventures that inspire stewardship behavior and contribute to Tahoe's Culture of Caring, reducing $$M's a year in federal, state and local funding required to clean up after current menu.
